In addition to serving as the Managing Partner of Greenland Capital, Jordan Cluff is currently a Partner and the Managing Director of Brokerage at Duwest Realty. His current focus is on Data Center land development, Retail Tenant Representation, and identifying investment opportunities for structured partnerships. His current Retail Tenant client list includes, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Fiesta Grocery, Caseys Fuel, Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, Luxe Dental, Goodfellas Pizza, Expedian Urgent Care, Barstool Sports, Dunkin, Buffalo Wild Wings to go, Roy Hutchins BBQ, E-Bar Tex Mex, and Star Cinema Grill. Prior to joining DuWest Realty, Cluff was the Managing Director of Brokerage at Woodcrest Capital, LLC in Fort Worth, TX. Woodcrest Capital, LLC is a diversified real estate, finance, oil and gas, and investment firm that acquires and develops real estate, makes distressed asset investments, and makes equity investments on behalf of itself and a structured investment partnership. In his capacity at Woodcrest, Cluff was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of company owned assets and the leasing/operation of over 40 shopping centers, totaling more than 2.5 million square feet across 5 states (TX, AZ, OH, GA, OK). During Cluff’s time as Managing Director, the Woodcrest portfolio of shopping centers grew by over 450,000 SF. Additionally, he was involved in the disposition of roughly 700,000 SF of retail properties. In a leasing capacity, the occupancy rates of Woodcrest owned shopping centers during Cluff’s tenure were at their highest levels in Woodcrest history.
Cluff Started his career at The Retail Connection LP, a retail services and investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. During his 5 years at The Retail Connection, he worked on high profile Tenant and Landlord accounts such HEB Grocery Stores, Behringer Harvard, Great Clips, SEARS, Palm Beach Tan, Greenway Investment Company, Wolverine Interests, Granite Properties, E2M, and Global Funds Investments. He was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2008 for being the highest producing rookie in the firm.
Cluff maintains an active role in the real estate community as exemplified by his involvement and membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), TAR, and NTCAR. Cluff is also a member the Fort Worth Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA). He has served on the Board and been a volunteer for Camp Firewalker, a volunteer-driven and donor-supported Dallas-based nonprofit that uses outdoor adventure to mentor underserved inner-city youth, and has been a volunteer coach for the Highland Park Special Olympics Track and Field team since 2016.
